Role Overview
The Kitchen Porter supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Support waste management and deliveries.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist chefs with basic support tasks.
